Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has brokered the sale of a mixed-use building located at 135 Willett Ave. in Port Chester for $950,000. Both the seller and buyer were represented by Mike Rackenberg, head of the Commercial Division. The property consists of five residential units and a retail store. Situated diagonally across from the Port Chester train station, the location provides easy access for commuters heading into New York City. Additionally, the site is surrounded by new projects in the heart of a village going through a development transformation.
