Almost two years later, wall still in disrepair
A retaining wall on Midland Avenue had to be made safe by the Village of Port Chester after a property owner did not make necessary repairs to it in a timely manner upon obtaining a building permit.
Irving Ave. streetlights to be repaired soon
The streetlights at the four-way intersections at Irving Avenue and North Pearl Street, as well as at Irving Avenue and Poningo Street, have been out for over a month.
Owners will be moving into Bowridge Commons soon
The 16 units of fair and affordable housing at the corner of Bowman Avenue and Barber Place have been completed for a year and a half, but there are still no cars in the parking lot.
