I am writing this letter in support of Joe Carvin, who is a candidate running for the Port Chester Board of Education.

I am writing this letter in support of Joe Carvin who is a candidate running for the Port Chester Board of Education.

We all know school boards can make or break a district and I would argue this is a pivotal election for Port Chester if not make or break.
