Veronica Lopez of Irving Avenue, accompanied by her children Leanny Cortez-Lopez, 7, and Andira Cortez-Lopez, 8, picks up a turkey and other Thanksgiving fixings such as vegetables, rice, lentils, raisins and dried cherries from Allen Clark of Rye at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Port Chester on Tuesday, Nov. 25. Clark and other members of Christ Church in Rye as well as Rabbi Jaymee Alpert of Congregation KTI in Port Chester passed out 240 turkeys and fixings to needy Port Chester families.
