Ken Neilsen and Bill Chiapetta, members of the Port Chester Post 93 American Legion Firing Team, fire off shots at William James Memorial Gateway Park on North Main Street during a brief ceremony Memorial Day morning. Standing with them is Anthony Bubbico, Jr., who played Taps at each of Port Chester and Rye Town’s veterans’ memorials that morning.
