The Village of Rye Brook held a Halloween Home Decorating Contest the week before the holiday. Fourteen residents participated and seven judges went around on their own and submitted their votes which were tallied to come up with seven winners. Scariest 1st Place: 81 Hillcrest Ave. (Alfaro)
