The Rye Brook Recreation Department will now be minus a key person, Senior Recreation Leader Janice Kunicki, wearing the “I’m Retired” sash. After a quarter century in recreation, Janice Kunicki retires from Village of Rye Brook
The Rye Brook Recreation Department just won’t be the same without the friendly figure who has been the face of the village to many residents for the last quarter century. That was the consensus of those who spoke in person or via a “breaking news” video put together by the Recreation staff and shown at the retirement lunch for Senior Recreation Leader Janice Kunicki on Tuesday, Sept. 26 in the meeting room at Village Hall.
