The road to Nationals: From cheerleaders to waitresses

<p class="Picture">There was no stopping the crowd once they started rolling in, but the cheerleaders were up for the challenge. </p>
<p class="Picture">From cheering to waitressing, the junior varsity team members are experts at what they do. </p>

Port Chester High School’s Junior Varsity Cheer Squad took over Cousin Frankie’s USA Grill at 112 Willett Ave. on Wednesday, Dec. 28 to help them raise the $1,400 each member needed by Wednesday, Jan. 4 to attend Nationals in Florida. In total, the group raised $1,395 from the $15 ticket fee. From that amount, the girls took $930 for their personal accounts. </span></p> <p class="Picture"><span style="font-family: Arial;"></span></p>
<p class="Picture">Bring in this flyer, show it on your phone or tell the cashier you’re supporting Port Chester High School cheerleaders on Saturday, Jan. 7 between noon and 8 p.m. and Chipotle in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center will donate 50 percent of the sale to the junior varsity and varsity teams.</p> <p class="Right">Facebook</p>
