Cooling off on a hot summer night with free ice cream in Pine Ridge Park

Most of the frozen treat made it into Ryan Sager’s mouth instead of being splattered around on his face. His mother Jessica of Windingwood Road had her hands full with a heaping cup of vanilla ice cream and the 2-year-old.
