Two new faces on the Port Chester village board

Alex Payan is sworn in Tuesday night as a brand-new Port Chester trustee by Mayor Richard “Fritz” Falanka. He is accompanied by his wife Marianela holding the Bible and other family members.
Surrounded by her husband David, her daughter Kiah holding the Bible and other supporters, Joan Grangenois-Thomas takes the oath of office as the first female trustee on the Port Chester village board in 17 years.
