Blind Brook Trojans basketball is officially back, and for the boys’ team, the season began with Hastings on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The Trojans are looking promising this year, with a well-rounded squad and a new set of coaches.
Tryout week for Blind Brook winter sports officially began on Monday, Nov. 18. The Blind Brook boys’ varsity basketball team, which occasionally held open practices throughout the fall season, is finally back for unfinished business dating back to last year.
Following the Blind Brook boys’ varsity soccer team’s huge win over Briarcliff on Wednesday, Oct. 9, they took a few days of rest before getting back to the grind.
Following a win over Westlake on Saturday, Oct. 5 and a 7:45 a.m. practice the following day, the Trojans soccer team had arrived at their most challenging, anticipated week of the season.
Following their homecoming win, the Blind Brook boys’ varsity soccer team waited five days for their next matchup. In that time, the Trojans remained sharp, focusing on getting many touches on the ball.
The Blind Brook Trojans came off a busy weekend following their 0-0 draw with Briarcliff on Saturday, Sept. 21. Coming off the intense rivalry that has for years haunted the Blind Brook fans in the playoffs with a draw was satisfying for the Trojans, but it was not enough.
The Blind Brook boys’ varsity soccer team had high hopes coming into a heavy second week of the 2024 season. Following an easy 7-0 win over Putnam Valley on Friday, Sept. 6, the Trojans knew they were going to be facing bigger tests.
After weeks of preparation and anticipation, it was go time for Blind Brook sports the week of Sept. 1-7. After finalizing the team the previous week, the boys’ varsity soccer team had a few practices together, preparing all week for the first game of the season on Friday, Sept. 6.
