A report of a car accident brought Port Chester police officers to Eldredge Street on Sunday, Dec. 1.
Officers arrived to find two parked cars allegedly damaged by Manuel Lopez, who was sitting behind the wheel of a white Honda Accord.
The 64-year-old allegedly told officers he had been driving home from shopping when the accident occurred. Police claim to have smelled alcohol on the breath of Lopez, who admitted to drinking some liquor before getting behind the wheel.
