Police claim to have observed one of the drivers, Paul Zanette, to have glassy eyes and smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from his vehicle.

Dengler said employees had been warned of Rodriguez, as she had attempted to do the same at other Valley Bank branches in the area.

*A gray Jeep Wrangler caught the eye of a Port Chester police officer as they were patrolling North Main Street on Sunday, Nov. 3.
Police claim the vehicle was illegally parked near the intersection with Adee Street at 2:27 a.m.
The officer spoke with Augusto Ambrocio-Ambrocio, who was sitting in the vehicle, and issued him a parking ticket.
According to the police report, the officer saw the 33-year-old attempt to drive away without putting on his seatbelt before he backed into the police cruiser.
After the officer stopped Ambrocio-Ambrocio again, they observed a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his breath and asked him to consent to standardized field sobriety tests.

When tested later, Ambrocio-Ambrocio’s blood alcohol content was discovered to be .11%, over the legal limit of .08%.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and received infractions for unsafe reversing of a vehicle and driving without a seat belt.
