Called 911 for nothing

A 1 Landmark Sq. resident was arrested by Port Chester police officers on Tuesday, Oct. 22, for allegedly calling 911 eight times without reason.
According to the police report, officers received the calls between the hours of 1:45 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. An officer arrived at the building to find Justin Doman speaking on his cell phone while sitting on a bench outside the lobby.
Police claim the 38-year-old walked away from the officer and actively ignored their orders to stop. The officer was notified that Doman had called 911 again and was ordered to arrest him at 4:15 a.m.
He was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor.
