Smashed a car window

Port Chester police officers arrested a man after he allegedly broke the rear window of a car as the driver was attempting to leave a parking lot on Thursday, Oct. 24.
Kevin Samayoa Ramirez allegedly used a rock to break the car window as the driver was leaving the municipal parking lot on Lower King Street at 3:54 a.m., resulting in $1,000 worth of damage.
According to the police report, officers were able to locate the 25 Greenwood Ave. resident several blocks away based on the description the victim provided.
Samayoa Ramirez was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony.
