Members of the Port Chester Housing Authority cut a ribbon to formally open the newly constructed playground and basketball court at the rear of 45 Traverse Ave. on Thursday, Nov. 16.

He, alongside other members of the PCHA, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 16 to formally open the play area. It was part of a larger scale project to upgrade the play areas of all the family apartments.
