Port Chester resident Bryan Martinez was arrested and charged by the Yonkers Police Department for allegedly shooting an off-duty police officer in Yonkers on Tuesday, Nov. 14.

A Port Chester man was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 14, after allegedly shooting an off-duty NYPD officer in Yonkers at 11:30 a.m. The 27-year-old victim, who remains unnamed, was shot in the arm and drove himself to a nearby hospital for treatment.
