Clay Art Center, 40 Beech St., Port Chester, will present Lydia C. Thompson: Transitions, Sat., Apr. 27-June 7. There will be an opening reception Sat., Apr. 27, 6-8 p.m. It is a solo exhibition of ceramic sculptures that blend the narratives of urban and rural human migration. Free. A hands-on One-Time workshop, The Built Environment, will be held Sat., Apr. 27, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. with Lydia Thompson, exploring the house as a metaphor for personal journeys, memories of lived and/or visited places and structures you’ve seen in the landscapes as a passerby.
