A plaque in memory of those who died at the World Trade Center 22 years ago during the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks sits surrounded by flags at the Village of Port Chester’s designated memorial in Lyon Park. The annual ceremony remembering the attacks and lives lost was cancelled this year due to an intense storm.
