This rendering of what billionaire real estate magnate Charles Cohen cited to the Rye Brook Village Board as an elegant boutique hotel and conference center replacing the former Arrowwood Hotel and Conference Center may well be an historical relic come Nov. 8 if the foreclosure proceeding before a New York State judge is held as now scheduled. Cohen could lose control of the property along with office buildings, a hotel, and a movie theater chain.
