Dogs might not be allowed in the Village of Port Chester’s public parks, but no one has said anything about cute, albeit sometimes menacing, rodents. Spotted in Columbus Park during Unity Day on Aug. 10, a groundhog—or a gopher? We think it’s a groundhog—finds a shady spot under some shrubs to snack on leaves.
