Dr. Carmen Martinez-Lopez, the Westchester Community College dean of the School of Business, speaks with parents about how the institution can accommodate the language and financial needs of all students during a resource fair on Sunday, May 19. The event, hosted by the Port Chester Hispanic Advisory Board, shut down a section of Adee Street to help educate Spanish-speaking residents on what resources are available to them at the local, county and state level.

To help get the word out on the various services available to them, the trustee founded the Port Chester Hispanic Advisory Board (HAB) alongside other active community members to help the Spanish-speaking residents of the area.
