Second annual P.C. Arts Festival looks to inspire creativity in town

Jenn Cacciola said that while it may have little visibility, the art scene in the Village of Port Chester is strong. As the founder of Neptune in June—the artist collective formerly known as Ice Cream Social—she, along with Emily Peck and Jessica Berkowitz of the Clay Art Center, were able to demonstrate that last year when they created the inaugural Port Chester Arts Festival. The event was deemed a success by the organizers, who challenged themselves to make this year’s celebration an even bigger affair. And they feel they’re on the right track to make that happen.
