Every year, the Port Chester/Rye Brook Girl Scouts celebrate the members moving up through the ranks, those who receive awards and the rededication of troops as their members become older at the start of the new Girl Scout year. On top of commemorating the achievements of the girls who spent the last year as Scouts, the event welcomed 20 new members of the organization.
