Knights of Columbus member and Port Chester resident Charlie Sacco shows Port Chester/Rye Brook Troop 1905 Girl Scouts the proper technique to fold an American flag for its retirement on Thursday, Aug. 15. The troop collected flags across the Town of Rye to retire them by burning, in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.
