Free cuts at Crawford honor spirit of MLK Day

Valdomar Marroquin, who lives in Mount Vernon, folds in Tim Purk’s ear to get just the right angle for his hair clipper. Purk, a Rye Brook resident, said it’s the first time he hasn’t cut his own hair since the COVID-19 pandemic.
