After practicing for a couple weeks, the Blind Brook girls’ basketball team was ready to play their first game as a team. Since most of them are returning players, the team chemistry was there from the start. In their first tournament at Brewster High School, they were ready to showcase the skills they had been waiting to display.

The regular season volleyball games come to an end for Section 1, concluding for Blind Brook on Thursday, Oct. 24. After only their second loss of the season last week to Valhalla, their record changed, and even though they beat Westlake just a couple days later, they fell to second place in Class B.

The Blind Brook Trojans volleyball team has so much to be proud of this season, yet there is still so much time left. In the regular season of games, they have played 14 games with a record of 13-1 in those games so far.

The Blind Brook girls’ varsity volleyball team continues to win, and with each victory they show more tenacity and reliance. They remain undefeated with a record of six wins, no losses and no ties. Up until their most recent game, they had also not given up a single set. They have won 18 sets in their games and only lost one set during the whole season thus far.
